The quality of their service is poor; they seem to view us solely as a source of profit. I paid one and a half charges for a weekend service to repair my hot water tank, and despite Jeff's initial visit and basic cleaning, the problem recurred the next day. Upon contacting them again, they requested additional payment, leaving me feeling let down and dissatisfied.
Great service, professional staff. Brian Rosebush (owner) was very honest and very knowledgeable thanks to his years of expertise, saving us a lot of money. We got a new water tank and furnace, removal of old oil tank and we're pleased with all of it.
