What a legend of an electrician! We called thinking we had an expensive problem on our hands only to receive help and advice over the phone and find out it was a quick fix. Without this company/fella spending 15 minutes talking us through necessary troubleshooting steps over the phone we would certainly would have been out a chunk of change. I have used Ken's services. He is a rare breed of contractor. He's honest, very caring, understanding, knowledgeable, friendly and has demonstrated the willingness to do whatever he can to help.If I had to rate Ken on a scale of 1-10 -ten being a high score - Ken easily hits 10 out of 10.
