Poor communication skills. I sent my deposit and after sending several emails with no responses to book for my engagement photos I finally asked for my deposit back as we are only 6 month out from my wedding date. Still haven’t received any kind of communication or my deposit back. Even a response would have been appreciated. I didn’t even sign a contract and I’m considering taking this to the better business bureau.
Robert was absolutely wonderful to work with and his photos are amazing. Robert and James both came super prepared for our outdoor winter wedding and had a blast the entire day!! Our wedding photos are beautiful and will help us remember the day for years to come. Thank you Robert and James!!
Rob spent the morning with us as we were getting ready for my daughter's wedding. He had great ideas and was able to capture such beautiful moments. We have only received a preview of the photos and they are amazing. Rob is a master at his craft.
