Brian has been my service man ... last fall after two years of trying and several people who said "your propane fireplace cannot be fixed', Brian, did not stop until he found a way to fix it. Not only does it work but he made some adjustments to the flame to make it appear better than ever. Today, Brian was at my home home to service my propane furnace and air conditioner. He identified a couple issues that require new parts but some smaller matters, he repaired himself on the spot. Not only is Brian skillful in his profession but he is also a genuine gentleman.
