If you’re looking for somewhere to workout that has a great sense of community this is the place! I have been working out at this gym since they opened, with a bit of a break to have my daughter. The coaches are great with modifications and helping out all fitness levels. The energy in the classes is unmatched by any other gym I have worked out at. I highly recommend F45!

Since moving to Belleville, I've really been missing was some great group fitness classes and a sense of community. F45 offers both in spades! I immediately felt welcomed and all of my feelings of vulnerability were wiped after my first class. The coaches are attentive and I genuinely get the impression that they want you to reach your goals! I'm already looking forward to my next class.

I’ve been working out at f45 Belleville since they opened and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made since moving to the area. The owners & coaches are kind, empowering, fun, encouraging, and they really care about everyone who walks in the door. They welcome you with a smile, make sure you under the flow of the class, provide modifications if you’re dealing with an injury, and will push you to put in your best effort until the last second of the workout.
