Great team at Carpet One in Belleville, Ontario. The sales team was very responsive with pricing and samples as we worked our way through the selection process. Even though our project was delayed multiple times, Carpet One stored our product until we were ready to ensure there was no hold up on installation. The installers were fast, professional and very knowledgeable about how best to install a very unique carpet material. We would engage them again without hesitation.

The most difficult part of the entire process was choosing the best flooring options from their huge selection. Despite changing my mind time after time, the entire team, led by Tabitha, was patient with me. When a final decision had been made, Luke was the installer. He was friendly, efficient and professional. All in all, this was a great experience and I am planning on using them again.
