I live 2.5 hours away and I needed someone to winterize the plumbing before my pipes froze. I called Steven on a referral from friends in Dorset. He answered quickly and as soon as I was off the phone , he had already dispatched someone to take care of my problem. They completed the work in under 3 hours and did a great job. He even called to ask if we needed the fridge emptied out. Best service I have ever had.
