GLM saved the day for me today. Despite being a brand new customer, they managed to save me from a water tank failure emergency on the same day. Talking to Stephanie on the phone was like a breath of fresh air, and her kind, courteous, and responsive manner carried through to the experience with the technicians that showed up at my door, ready to go, just a few hours later.
