Ultimately, I do enjoy Dr. Hatfield and his staff. The hygienists I've known my whole life, some of them at least. They have always been fantastic to me. Somehow though, even as a kid my appointments always seem mismanaged. I can say I typically arrive for my medical (or any appointments) about 15 mins earlier. Just as a way to live by for me. To this office though apparently people's time is not well respected, from what I can tell... Almost every time I am called about my appointments and the need to switch times around.
