Initially, I sat in the store for 15 mins even though I had a 1 min wait time. Was getting quite frustrated. The team apologized for the wait and explained why. They are training today. Happy with the hair cut. Elmira did a great job. The manager was super empathetic to the situation and kept me as a happy customer. Great response to what started as a tough situation. Thanks.

I tend to visit different barber shops every couple of months, but I have to say I will only be coming here from now on. Jess gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had in years and made me very comfortable visiting a new location. Clean, professional, and great energy. Would highly recommend checking them out!Services: Long haircut

Friendly service, with a greeting as soon as you walk through the door. They cut my son’s hair today (not for the first time) and were great dealing with a pre-teen who doesn’t know exactly what he wants.Service: Scissor cut
