It was my first time at Spa Lumina. The spa is spacious and very clean. The front staff were welcoming and helpful. From beginning to end Samantha, who did my facial, was very kind, friendly, informative, gentle and always asked if I was doing okay. She gave me suggestions for products to use but did not push me to buy them. The Fire and Ice facial with dermabrasion felt wonderful. Samantha explained every step and answered my questions. I will definitely be going back!?
