So sooo happy I selected Simcoe Carpet to clean my basement carpets. We had pet stains from multiple animals that we just couldn't get out ourselves. Some of the stains were pretty old and pretty imbedded. Not only were they able to make the stains disappear, they even came back a week later to do any required touch-ups (for free). I used to be in this business of carpet cleaning, so I know a great job when I see one. The final result is 1000x better than any chemical cleaning could have done. I rarely give 5 STARS, but they definitely earned each one. HIGHLY recommended.

10 STARS! - All I can say is Wow!!! I recently installed a light coloured carpet in my basement and after a party noticed a stain. I called Simcoe Carpet for advice, and they recommended their stain remover. I visited their store to buy a bottle, and to my amazement, the spot cleaner worked like magic! Next time I need my carpets cleaned, I know who to call!Great Customer Service!!!
