They wanted a $295.00 + tax diagnostic fee, payable in advance. Apparently they've been stung before so they make new customers suffer for the non-payment of a few bad ones. I told them how I felt with no results. I used instead someone whose service fee was $115.00 plus tax and payable with an online option after the service. SMHC FYI
