I've never cried so much in my life. I asked for a platinum blonde with lavender ends and that not what I ended up with. The first session wasnt awful but the purple that was put in faded after a day or two, I contacted Meghan to have the lavender added again due to it seeming washed out and when I went back for the second appointment it was just horrible. I waited 30 minutes at the front desk while listening to the receptionist gossip and swear upstairs with the stylist. The receptionist then tried to make it seem like it was my fault for being a bit early to my appointment rather than just apologizing. 80% of my head is dark purple. I was quoted $250 and was charged $395 without tip. I waited 5 days to speak to the owner Meghan has reached out to me to let me know that I can either let them try and wash out the purple to my preferred colour or nothing 💁♀️ so here I am almost a month later $420 less and an unevenly died purple head. I'm genuinely just sad and devastated at this point. Don't count on Amanda the owner to do anything but disregard your complaints about unprofessionalism and refuse a refund 👌
Extremely happy with the service I received last week! My hair was in desperate need of a makeover, especially because I am in a wedding in a few weeks. Tiffany did an amazing job, with both the cut and blonde balayage. I finally love my hair again! She was patient and precise to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, and she went way over and above my expectations. She is officially my go to girl for cut and colour! Thank you guys so much!
