I had a tattoo done over the weekend by Lisa and could not be any happier. The work turned out great, good conversation and I was very impressed with the sanitation steps from the artist. The only down fall was the amount of children allowed through the doors. I LOVE kids but a tattoo shop is NOT the place to bring crying babies and hyper children. Not only was it very distracting for the artist permanently marking my body but I was getting a painful tattoo and with the placement of this tattoo my chest was exposed and although covers were put up around us to ensure privacy a child was running across, tripped on these "walls" put up to block me while the guardian sat on her phone and did nothing but sat on her phone. This was unacceptable and children should NOT be allowed to enter those doors. Customers pay alot of money to have art put on our bodies. This establishment should be preventing distractions and situations like this from happening in order to protect their staff and customers and also to ensure the quality tattoos from the artist. Children do not understand sanitation standards and should be left at home not brought along like your buddies to watch you get tattooed or pierced. So all in all very impressed with my tattoo and artist, but it was very unfortunate that they just let children act up, run, cry and yell in this establishment. You should have a rule that no children should be allowed in the building.
Today was my first time at Pushing Inc....but definitely not my first tattoo. I was blown away by how professional they were with taking the time to make sure I was going to receive exactly what I wanted, getting me booked in quickly and for a fair price. My artist was Jason and he was amazing. I also met the owner Jamie while I was there....and he's also a great guy!! Jason blew me away with the quality and detail of my tattoo. I was impressed enough that I booked an 8 hour session before I even left......and I even bought a beautiful painting that Jason hand painted before I left. I cant wait to return for my 8 hour art session on my chest. I'd recomend this studio to anyone!!!!
As a former nurse, good sterilizing and cleanliness are some of my top priorities. Jeff did the piercing service and was knowledgeable, patient, and even invited us to come see thr space a week before. We got to see the equipment, up to date health inspections, etc. Will recommend Jeff for his experience and commitment go health and safety!
