Terrible employer avoid like the plauge, I joined then after an interview with a hiring agent that promised I would be placed into a home care position.Sufficed to say this never happened, I was one of the few applicants with a car but despite this I was placed into one of the nursing homes that was terribly understaffed. The most uncaring patient provider. They miss an average of 7 appointments out of 21 per week. Nobody calls you back. Wait on hold for 20 minutes per call. They cannot provide what they are contracted to provide. Their PSW are not trained to provide the services needed. Bedsores are a major issues. A law suit waiting to be filed.
I would never work for paramed again. They don’t communicate well enough with the PSW/HSW. Don’t care about the PSW/HSW. And they just fire people instead of talking to them about what the problem is, and not telling them what the problem is when they do fire people. I got sick with COVID and was out for 10 days for that and had the stomach bug before that and they fired me because of that. It’s disgusting how they are running the company.
