I highly recommend this spa. It is clean, peaceful, personable , professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. I appreciate that they carry Canadian brands and local products. I have been using their services for 6 plus years, I recently fractured my wrist, Sydney ensured I was comfortable during my treatments, I wouldn’t have trusted any other place!!! Sydney gave me a reflexology treatment add on and it was my first night that I slept throughout the night since my recent fracture.
My daughter and I had facials and hand and foot massages that were amazing!!! ☺️ We had Sydney and Krista and we found both ladies to be super nice and genuinely want to ensure you have the best most relaxing experience. My daughter is expecting her first baby and we plan on revisiting for massages after the baby is born. The spa environment is a very relaxing atmosphere that comforts you from the moment you walk in and makes you not want to leave. If you haven’t been to this spa yet we highly recommend a visit!!! Thanks again ladies for making our mother daughter weekend so enjoyable!!
First visit to Natural Balance yesterday . I loved my pedicure. Very welcoming and felt very relaxed I loved the cozy atmosphere the staff are wonderful. I will be back and highly recommend it🤗
