Took my truck there for a routine engine oil change. After getting it back I started hearing this ticking noise coming from the engine. Took it back to master mechanic Barrie west where they kept it for 2 days and kept telling me they couldn’t hear a thing. Picked it back up, immediately hear this obvious ticking noise. Take it to another local mechanic and he diagnoses it in 30mins. Now I’m not blaming master mechanic for this issue but the fact they “couldnt hear it” is mind boggling to me and makes no sense. Just started bringing my cars to master mechanic barrie west and I can't speak highly enough about my experiences. The team there is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Pricing is great, and always fixed right the first time. Definitely recommended

I was rushing to get back to Brampton and I got a flat tire close to this location. Instead of telling me, I needed a new tire. The owner was honest with me and said he could repair the tire that I had for a minimal cost versus buying a new tire. He put what he was doing aside to do it for me so I could get back to Brampton before The traffic was going to start. Thank you for putting my time into consideration and thank you for being honest with me about the repair of my vehicle! It’s hard to find a honest mechanic shop out there these days. I felt like putting this review up so I can express how thankful I am , thank you!
