He took the time to explain everything at the end of his inspection, go over any questions I had and took the time to show me any defects and explain the remedies needed to correct them (yes, all of this is in the report; but taking the extra time to do a personal walk thru was definitely a nice touch).

We cannot overstate how positive was our experience with Legacy Home Inspections. The arrangements were made simply and efficiently, the inspector appeared on time and was thorough and communicative. Many of my concerns were confirmed, others were raised and the entire process resulted in a savings of some hundreds of thousands for a fee that was more than reasonable. Legacy even waived the charge for an element of the icspection which was felt not to be useful for my purposes. I would not hesitate to recommend Legacy and I commend Melissa and her team.
