Mike came and did our quote, he was great, and a huge reason we decided to go with them. He was knowledgeable and thorough without taking up hours of our time, talking the process to death. They booked us in within just over a week and delivered on every promise. The crew came, got it done in a day, and had all the right equipment. The experience with JN Roofing was very pleasant from start to finish. Upon visiting their website and requesting a free quote to locate and fix the source of a leak, I received a call back within 15 minutes of submission. They had a representative in the area and was able to come the same day. The representative who came to have a look to evaluate what we would likely need was very friendly and helpful. He had a look inside the attic and determined the source of our leak was some rot around an old chimney. I explained the roof was re-shingled by a company back in 2016 and shortly after we experienced this leak. I called the company to have them come back and fix but... read full review

From the first time I reached out to JN Roofing through their website I was SO impressed. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH. We dealt with Mike and couldn't be happier. He is so knowledgeable and definitely a professional. He helped us fix a problem area on our roof and described in detail exactly what needed to be done and completed the work fast and efficiently.I feel like customer service is almost dead these days, so to deal with someone who returns calls almost right away, answers all questions and actually shows up when they say they will was so refreshing.
