After making a small mistake, and breaking a t joint in the coolant system (that Mini Cooper should never have put so close to the oil filter) , they took full responsibility, found a replacement part and stayed 2 hours after closing time to repair it. I have to pick up my buddy at 7 am tomorrow at the airport (thus the oil change)and this could have been a real mess instead of the slight stress it became. I wish I knew the two guys names..my bad, but they really went above and beyond when an understandable small accident occursled. Would recommend highly.

Both of my experiences at Jiffy Lube on Grove Street were very positive. The staff were very attentive to the needs of my vehicle & made recommendations though did not make me feel pressured as some shops do. Namely Mitch as he was very knowledgeable & transparent identifying the root issue with my vehicle. He made sure that I was aware of the issue by showing pictures & explained what was going on. He also made excellent recommendations to resolve the issue. Thank you.

My experience with giffy libe was very good today I changed my engine oil and also with recommendation transmission oilAnd service very smooth and clean thanks to Aj and lovepreet for good communication
