Mitch was FANTASTIC! Very kind and respectful. He was so good with me when I went in for an oil change, explaining what I needed and told me of other services that you offer. I am very impressed with the quality of service and thank you for not over charging me.

I have been going to Jiffy Lube on Grove Street for quite some time now & they have always been extremely helpful! They have saved me in last minute situations where I needed assistance with my car, I have gone to them when they are close to closing and they have had me in to change my oil; always fast and efficient, and very friendly when I have been there! Today my car battery stopped working and they were able to quickly resolve the problem by ordering the battery to their shop and switched it out- all very last minute and before they were closing; so helpful! I am extremely grateful for all their help with my vehicles and will continue giving them my business!... read full review

Three months ago I had an oil change and I just had one today and I just wanted to say the staff is exceptional and Ray the manager absolutely fabulous he is professional extremely polite and I love going to my neighbourhood Jiffy Lube. and may l add Ray always remembers his customers. They all deserve a raise.
