Only reason there's stars is dud to Robs staff being honest and forward about my vechile. Rob on the other hand let me drive off the property with NO BRAKES on my car. Glad I know how to tactically drive to avoid the on coming cars when I slid through a stop light.

One of the best mechanics in Barrie!Reasonable, thoughtful and knowledgeable service. No nonsense approach. They never do unnecessary work. I have personally taken my cars to ER Automotive for over 15 years now.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! These people are SCAMMERS!!!! They told me something was covered under my Lubrico warranty when it wasn’t and charged me for the service. I told them not to fix anything that was not covered! I will tell all of my friends to stay away from this place. Full of scammers. Lack of business integrity. Do not trust these people!! I don’t know how they’ve stayed in business. WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my LIFE!
