I have been going here for 10 years Dr Katamie is an incredible Dr, the office is busy but when I am there iam remembered it's not just next,the Healthcare workers in the lab are also amazing they are all caring and professional.
I want to preempt that my doctor (Khatami) and the nurses I have dealt with are great. However, I am rating this location as I have with regards to the phones, those that “answer” them, and the amount of times their “system” seems to be down anytime I manage to get through…
Ever try to call these guys?? It’s harder to accomplish than a radio phone in contest!Haven’t seen my dr in a few years… her old number is out of service and it appears she now works at this clinic, but I wouldn’t know since it’s impossible to get someone on the phone.Have called multiple times a day (during their business hours) and it goes directly to automated system every time.
