Kevin was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and customer focused. We weren’t able to complete our repair same day but our part was ordered right away. Right from the very first interaction with the lady on the phone to our first service call this company is impressive.
I recently had two technicians from Climate Air Heating & Air Conditioning come out for multiple visits to fix my tankless water heater, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Both technicians were punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They worked diligently through each visit, diagnosing and addressing the issue with great expertise. I had an issue with my air conditioning as there was some water leaking called Climate air on Friday night. They came Saturday morning of a long weekend, which was great very responsive.. Kevin, the technician from Climate air was excellent not only did he diagnose the problem right away. He explained each step of it to me to ensure that I understood exactly what he was doing and what was going on. Kudos to you Kevin much appreciated.
