Absolutely awful company to work for. Communication is their biggest downfall in the office. I get 3 different responses regarding office hours, picking up my final paystub/returning work phone and the t4s, its like its their first time ever dealing with it. No one has a clue in there. No one can tell you the same thing about information that most would say is very important to share.You cannot get help or guidance when with clients from anyone. Just keep canceling and make no effort whatsoever to fill cancelations. Since my husband had a bad fall and has serious deterioration for the last 3.5 months we've had next to no help and I am at the end of my rope. If I can get people privately which I've had to do since they reduced our hours before simply canceling alogether most of the time, I have a really hard time believing they can't get anyone in Muskoka. They seem to be on a for profit mission to help Doug Ford privatize health care. Absolutely horrible service!!! They say they pride themselves in caring for their patient's thats hard to believe when they frequently don't show up!!! Just Wednesday my elderly mom who is basically immobile and is to receive 3 visits a day was left without care for her afternoon visit and 2 days later, saturday night, they did not show for the evening visit. And not even the decency to call. Do you think they care???? these no shows are becoming more and more frequent.
