Worst managed company which I ever seen. As I understood, at least related to PSW, all qualified stuff ran away couple year ago, and now they take peoples from street without any qualification and of course unlicensed, pay them minimal allowed salary, provide basic 2-4 weeks training, and send them to work. It's normal, if PSW last moment will call you and say that she will late for couple hours, or disappear at all. And when you call to office they are not surprised and all that they can say, that they can't find her as well, and maximum that they can do, look for somebody who can come in a few hour, but they can't guarantee anything. Well.if this is a review for the government Bayshore sector I don't personally work for them but a client who I personally work for privately have tinsay I have heard nothing but bad info feom this company. Psws are not reliable and even the company doesn't call when psws don't show up or can't make it. Company doesn't think about clients or the families. I'm sure glad my client and her family can rely on me to be there for them as the primary caregiver when the government ISNT there for them. Such bad and not professional at all. Sad I sure wouldnt use this company if I needed anyone.
