Stayed there twice. Staff was fine. But when I was filling out my exit paper work in the morning I spotted and killed a BED BUG! A sleep clinic is the last place I'd expect a BED BUG! I informed the staff, they said they'd pass it along to the manger, but they seemed very unconcerned.I will not be going back a third time, and I'm making sure my doctor no longer sends people to this clinic.

Avoid at all costs. The place is dirty, beds are uncomfortable, pillows are terrible. My room had holes in the walls and noisy all night. This is clearly a cash grab for the owner. My first impression upon walking in was to turn around and leave it was so terrible. If I could rate it “zero” I would. I called and complained to my doctor for referring me to this place. Wasn’t able to get much sleep at all, so my test results will not be correct and now being referred somewhere else. I regret not googling this place before accepting, but didn’t think it would be this terrible. The people running this place are morons. When I scheduled, the next appointment wasn't available for 8 months. There were no questions asked about my sleep habits.Approaching the appointment (8 months later), I was told that the study would occur between 8PM and 6AM. Unfortunately, because of the sleep issues I am trying to get help with, I typically fall asleep around 2AM. When I asked if this would be a problem, I was told that they probably won't be able to get enough data in the allotted time and that I could either just go through with it, or call my doctor to go with another sleep clinic.There was no attempt on the end of the sleep clinic to troubleshoot the issue...read full review
