Bill has always done a great job in getting my AC unit back to 100%! Always friendly and courteous service. Penny was great at fitting me in Bill’s schedule and even improved the response time by 2 full days! Fully recommend this team and will be calling them first for any issues in the future.

If I could give more stars I would! Bill and his team are the best!When we moved to Barrie in 2020 we used a "Big Name" heating and Air conditioning company based in Barrie, we got soaked for $10,000 plus when things went bad they routed our complaints to a call center overseas. We never received a call back or compensation. The real kicker was they put us in danger by not ensuring the exhaust was properly sealed. when i called them in a panic they said to call 911.
