Will came to inspect our vents as we were having a weird smell in the house and issues with heat reaching rooms. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to try and solve all the problems i mentioned and answer questions I had. Even though it was determined the vents were not the cause of the smell, he provided me with honest information and recommendations for upgrading equipment we knew needed replacing without pressuring me at all. When there was a discrepancy in the price for the visit verses what the office had quoted me, he honoured the price I was quoted which was appreciated. Rob came to the apartment today and was quick to get to work. He was very quick in diagnosing what was wrong from his observation as well with the previous tech's notes and made his recommendations. Thank you for your time and hard work!
