“i called Jantzi Plumbings after hour service in regards to a issue my parents had with a toilet . After contacting the head office number , Chris the tech called within 15 minutes, I explained the issue and he offer some advice as to what I could try first. He was 100 percent correct and I fixed the issue . Other companies would not offer this, instead they would charge you for a service call and then the repair. He caught a problem from installation from almost 7 years ago and corrected it Friendly and explained what he was doing and rebooked for AC inspection as he told me can't do when cold outside.
