Went to their Aurora location as my iPhone ear speaker was not working. They took my phone and they did a quick look at and within a few minutes returned it. They asked me to call the store line and tested it. It was working again! When I asked how much they said no charge!! It was a quick fix and was shocked that they did not charge me and pleasantly surprised! Very honest business that went beyond what they had to.
