Studio 95 Training and Athletics

To start of a had a close family friend that recommended this gym to me for athletic training due to me playing hockey and wanted to develop strength and etc. I have been apart of of this gym for a month now and it was the best Decision I have ever made just great guys all around you and it’s just amazing to see.For athletic trainer this has been the best training I have ever done out all of the years of hockey and meeting new trainers would 100% recommend Studio 95 if you are looking to improve your overall athletic build.

Love working out at Studio 95. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly and can modify the workouts to your own fitness level. The 45 minutes goes by so quickly with a mix of strength training, cardio & core. My happy place :)
