Two years ago my hubby got his prescription eyeglasses from Opticalthirty 8 and was quite happy with the customer service.This time was my turn. I don’t usually make it a habit of writing any reviews but I feel I have to express how happy I’m with the excellent excellent customer service I experienced. Hannah was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with me. She knew exactly what I wanted and needed to satisfy what I was looking for.My only regret is that I didn’t know about you sooner. Now that I do, for sure a repeat customer over and over.

Yes, they're delisted by a particularly large insurance company which happens to be mine, but I still go and pay out of pocket as they are the kindest, most helpful staff and have a great selection and showroom. They always get it right. The doc there is great too.

So happy with my experience at Optical Thirty 8! The Optometrist was so friendly and David was super helpful helping me find glasses! I didn't even know what I wanted and he still figured it out! Also, you won't beat the deals that they have! So thankful I found this store!
