He was patient, kind and totally understood what went wrong and fixed the colour job and fixed the hair cut so that I loved both! Made my day and year! During that time I have tried 3/4 other places bc I didn’t book my appointment in advance and our schedules didn’t line up.. and every time I wish I had just waited bc every other place I go the lashes do not last or they are not straight or clumpy ans it was a total waste of my money and time. I don’t make that mistake anymore and prebook all my appointments. Jess always takes the time to cover all my lashes. She is a perfectionist.
