During that time I have tried 3/4 other places bc I didn’t book my appointment in advance and our schedules didn’t line up.. and every time I wish I had just waited bc every other place I go the lashes do not last or they are not straight or clumpy ans it was a total waste of my money and time. If Mel said she’s not the one who works on curly hair and you opt’d to stay, it’s on you. I’m sure she did exactly what you wanted, you must have said ‘don’t dry my hair’ and she followed YOUR instructions, never would she leave a clients hair wet unless asked to, so when reviewing a person, or a business, own your part, specially since Mels reputations suggests totally opposite as you have described.
