Jay did a great job with my backyard renovation, overseeing everything from beginning to the end. Not only does he ask questions, he accepts input into the design of the project and helps come up with an exciting vision for its design. He was able to adapt to changes along the way. When we decided to substitute materials, he accepted returns of the old ones no questions asked. He cares about the quality of the work being delivered and ensures each minor detail is to your liking. I would definitely recommend Jay for any outdoor living space renovation project.

I can't recommend Green Side Up Contracting.....Enough! Jay was very attentive and insightful in the planning process for our project, and the end result was a delight. It was completed on time and on budget. We are thrilled with our backyard makeover, which includes a waterproofed Trex deck. Jay was ranting and raving about the rain escape product. We trusted him, and sure enough, he was right. We can now sit outside on our patio, under our deck, even when it's raining. Hey, they even installed Trex lighting on the underside of the deck, which is really cool!! I wish more contractors had the same level of professionalism. Thank you Jay, keep... read full review

Green Side Up is honestly just the best team ever. Everybody was a pleasure to work with. I called Jay on a long weekend to arrange a consultation and he took the time to respond the same day. After that, everything was clear and the team (Rob, Chris, Damian) have all been very kind and considerate.
