Nice place, does quality cuts, but quality of customer experience depends a little on who you get and at what time of day (I've only ever been to the aurora location). I've been in late and got the vibe they just wanted to hurry up, finish and get home, but I've also been in early before it was busy and had very good service. For an efficient cut, download their app, login online, and show up a few minutes after the app tells you to (for some reason the wait is always 5ish minutes longer than it estimates) and you won't have to wait in line.

Went to the Aurora location Monday around 2:30pm . Not busy no line up. Took my daughter, hair cuts were fine but the lady I went to “Ruby” her work station was disgusting. There was a pair of scissors sitting on the counter with hair - a lot of black and white still sticking all out of it. Hair on the counter and floor. Seems very unsanitary- I especially don’t like how You don’t see the chemicals they put the hairbrushes and scissors in - if it was busy maybe I’d understand but when we got there she was just sitting in the back on her phone. Very disappointing- this is why I don’t go to supercuts anymore. I guess I’ll have to try another location .

I walked into Great Cuts this morning, wanted to see if the back and sides of my hair could be layered, I have no top hair as I'm a cancer patient, the welcome I got was so wonderful, the stylist Bara ( probably spelt wrong) was amazing, not only did she listen to my request , she did an amazing job.
Will return for sure.
Also didn't realize they dont charge cancer patients, totally amazed by this company . Thank you
