The floors look great after the install and the guys go out of there way to minimize dust. There is very little clean up after they leave.“

I have used Patti-Lynn before, but this installation went exceptionally well. Chris and his crew were very helpful, friendly, and fast. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves, even cleaning the garage floor! And they left me a bottle of floor clean for my new floor. When they were undercutting the fireplace they had a problem with some loose bricks. They simply fixed the problem, (glue and mortar to re-place them) and told me about it afterward. I was very impressed.“

“The front desk was amazing to deal with and got the product I needed. However their warehouse staff was not very professional. The guy in the warehouse placed the product by the door and when I asked if he could help me load it in my truck he told me to do it myself. Clearly he wanted to go home.“
