“I'd highly recommend this company for everything you need - great customer service, knowledgeable staff, kind/caring humans, fantastic craftmanship/high quality installation (I've used them twice for: hardwood floors and luxury vinyl in basement + carpet on stairs). I've seen a variety of their work in mega mansions and smaller homes like mine - all their work is high quality. They have a large variety of products/offerings to suit different budgets and are experts at recommending different materials or options. Their prices are totally reasonable (very competitive) and unlike other quotes I received, they don't tack on surplus charges for "difficult access" to walk to your back door or for "removing boxes" that the product arrived in. In my experience, you'll get better craftmanship then what you'll find by going through a big box store that contracts the work out. If something isn't right (for example, the vinyl boards weren't sitting level on a particular spot in my basement) they will come back and fix it/make sure you're happy. Love the floors you've done, thank you!“

I find it hilarious the few 1-star reviews - folks, Vaughan Floors business model is business-to-business. So folks wanting to walk in for samples etc - this isn't the place. And the last review from Fred G is too ridiculous - gave a 1star review because they wouldn't give underlayment samples - stick with Lowes and their overpriced merchandise...too funny. Kudos to Vaughan Floors for keeping their response professional too - Fred G calling a business pathetic because of a dog.....pretty sad.“
