The staff at Aurora Physiotherapy are incredible! For me, it started when I went in to book my very first appointment. Jen at the front desk couldn’t have been more kind and welcoming. She took the time to go over everything she needed from me, and really listened to what I needed help with. She then set me up with Jackie, who is just a ray of sunshine! Jackie was so thorough and detailed about what she could do to help me, and more importantly, what I could do to help myself. Physio has been great. Peter has been excellent to work with rehabbing a knee issue and tennis elbow. He put together an excellent program to get me on track for recovery and a more balanced fitness routine going forward. Their online patient portal has been great for quick reference to my program. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to Jen at the front desk who has been a pleasure to deal with on scheduling and coordination with insurance/payment. Overall an excellent experience and would recommend to anyone looking for physio or other services
I’ve had an incredible experience at Aurora Phsyio. Mo and Ramtin have been wonderful in giving me the knowledge of my injury and respectful in their care. I appreciate how much they’ve helped me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of physio!
Update: In only a few weeks, my pain has decreased significantly. Riza has equipped me with knowledge on my injury and how to prevent flare-ups for the future. I feel so grateful to Riza and the team for helping me with my ongoing injury! You guys truly deserve all the praise!
