Aurora 2020 - Dr. Robert J. MacAlpine Optometrist

My family has been going to Aurora 2020 for 2 years. Dr. McAlpine is thorough, takes his time to explain any concerns, and is great with small children. What has impressed me the most is his staff. His 2 receptionists are always friendly, professional, and helpful. Justin has fixed my child's glasses more times than I care to count. He always does a great job, and has given great advice on glasses (purchases and repairs). I always know that if I have any concerns or questions, I can call and speak with someone who is knowledgeable and can help.

I just want to give a shout out to the team at Aurora2020. Not only did I have a great experience in getting new glasses from you at 59, but when I ran over the 2 week old pair of perscription glasses with my car, you and your team of Justin, Taylor and Michelle didn't laugh at me too much. How you warranteed that pile of plastic i will never know. Thanks so much Robert and I have been and will continue to refer you as the go to for eye care.PS; I can see clearly now my brain has gone!(I don't think I will flatten them again with my car)

Can not say enough about my experience at Aurora 2020 with their amazing customer service and excellent staff. After almost 20 years since my last eye exam, I was nervous to go and finally get one done. Aurora 2020 was recommended to me by a friend and I am very thankful for that.
