We got scammed by so called contractors. In a panic I called Luc from AquaGuard and he came to the house the next day. He repaired the crack in the foundation and filled in the trench and compacted the dirt down. AquaGuard helped me right away and the price was reasonable for the work he did. Luc didn't try to take advantage of a senior who was overwhelmed. He could have charged a crazy amount of money but he didn't. I recommend AquaGuard. They are honest, fair and reliable.

I spoke with Aya over the phone and ordered the flowers on the website for delivery. She is very detail oriented and kind! It was fun to order these flowers, and I thought they turned out amazing. Farzad was recommended to me from a friend who had a great experience with him. When I called him, he answered his phone right away and was very friendly to speak to and was able to come to my home for a formal assessment of what we needed the same day. We had a few quotes already that was more than what Farhad had quoted us. It wasn’t the price as our decision factor to choose him. It was responsive and clear communication. He was able to answer all our questions and we felt confident he knew what he was doing and not worry that it was someone else’s contracted to do the actual hands on installation after the sales process. It was himself and his twin brother who arrived to home the following week for the installation. We are happy to support a local family business that are experienced professionals and someone we know we can call on if anything happens in the future.. I used Gwens HairTrix to get myself and my bridal party ready for my wedding and was blown away. Teresa worked with our timing and was so reassuring throughout the entire process. Herself, Alla, and Lita were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel calm the day of. They worked fast and everyone in my party looked amazing. Nice place, does quality cuts, but quality of customer experience depends a little on who you get and at what time of day (I've only ever been to the aurora location). I've been in late and got the vibe they just wanted to hurry up, finish and get home, but I've also been in early before it was busy and had very good service. For an efficient cut, download their app, login online, and show up a few minutes after the app tells you to (for some reason the wait is always 5ish minutes longer than it estimates) and you won't have to wait in line.

He's punctual, professional, and really takes the time to understand what I want. The shop has a great vibe, and the staff is friendly. I have been going to this place for years, and they are always so friendly and accommodating with my nail designs. I have had a few of the ladies over the years, and they all do a wonderful job!! Nita is the one I go to the most now because she knows just what I need everytime, but am always happy to have any of the ladies work on my nails. This place is also quite clean, never had an issue with it. When you get a pedicure they use a new plastic cover over the foot tub every time. A lot of the stylists still wear masks too, which is great for me, plus it protects us all from nail dust. Love this place!
I have been having my nails done here with Yen for over 10 years. Yen is an artist at what she does! I travel an hour every 2 weeks to have my nails done. I wouldn't go anywhere else. A very clean, classy place with friendly staff.
I have been a client of Lay's for YEARS! But Gail and any other employee will take just as good care of you. They always get all the little hangnail bits, which are the bane of my existence, the polish lasts long, and the prices reasonable. I have never left this salon unhappy and I will always choose this salon unless I move out of Aurora. Would recommend 10/10!!

Philip did a big job in our house earlier this year, adding pot lights in our hallways and many of our rooms. He was quick to respond to my initial questions and gave me an accurate timeline for when he'd come. He spent about three days installing all of the lights and was very polite and considerate. In each room he would make a layout of the lighting and would explain how the lighting would impact each room, which I really appreciated. He did a fantastic job and kept our house very clean. Recently one potlight stopped working, I let him know and he was able to come quickly and make a quick swap to have everything working perfectly again. Wow! That's typically what everyone says the first time they see our new backyard and it's all thanks to Landcon. Jeremy, Ofer, and their team were a great pleasure to work with and we gladly recommend them to anyone who's interested in doing any major renovation for their home's exterior. They're a one-step shop meaning they can take care of everything (including permits) and use their crews as needed to get the job done. Our project consisted of a complete demolition of the backyard and structures, new pool, new hardscaping, electrical, plumbing, gas, and some carpentry. So not a small project by any means.We found Landcon after seeing some of their social media posts on Instagram and from a work colleague that had used them years before. After an initial consult, they were able to take a vision of what we thought our backyard could look like and then enhance it with their creative designs. This process takes a while but it works well and you get to visually see what your renovation can end up looking like. Once you've signed off, they will present to you a quote for you to review. One great aspect of how the company is run is how they present their statement of work to you (the quote). Everything is itemized right down to the littlest thing. This ended up helping us out as our project grew a little too big for our budget and they were able to help us reduce some costs while still keeping the overall vision. A lot of other companies may not spend the time with you to get you to a workable budget but Landcon were always willing to help us out after much back and forth. We liked how they use an online system for payments and for any change orders that can come up which were outside of the original contract. Oh and seeing your home's progress posted on social media is pretty cool.As for the work? <chef's kiss> We were very fortunate that permits and weather all lined up well so that our project started way ahead of schedule which meant that we'd be able to have our work finished just in time for the warm, summer weather. The crews that came and went were efficient, on time, and professional. I have to say that I was blown away by how meticulous the main crew was when preparing the area and laying down the hardscaping. The work schedule runs like a well oiled machine and we practically had workers every day until the majority of the work was done. Everyone was friendly and each one of them cleaned up after their day ended. Our neighbours actually commented on how professional and courteous they were when they'd see them out on the road sweeping at the end of the day. A big shout out to John and his crew and if you can, try and request him as they do an amazing job. Another shout to to Phil the electrician and his guys who did an outstanding job as well. As other reviews have mentioned and with a job of this size, there's bound to be some issues that come up whether they're minor or major. John or Jeremy were always ready to listen and help to resolve them. Even when we had a bigger issue towards the end, Landcon was able to work with their partners and come to a satisfying solution for us. This is where a company like Landcon differentiates themselves from others. Most other companies could have left us out to hang or to "just deal with it" but they came through for us and made us very happy.It's hard to believe that it's been a full year since we reached out to them for a quote but the work is now complete and we're very satisfied with how it turned out. Thank you Landcon for giving us the backyard oasis we've always wanted and we hope to build many new memories for years to come with it. I have been seeing Dr. Moore for chiropractic needs for more than 10 years. Initially I was introduced to the CDI to help resolve disc problems in my back that resulted in numbness in both legs and a loss of balance that required the use of a cane. My options were back surgery or to find an alternative. After meeting Dr. Moore and his staff, I was introduced to his VAX-D therapy and I made the decision to forego surgery, hoping that this therapy could fix problems with multiple discs in my back. Slowly but steadily, through his care and the application of this VAX-D therapy, I regained the full use of both legs and no longer required the use of a cane. It's been several years since the completion of this therapy and I continue to enjoy life with no major challenges. I've continued to see him regularly for adjustments and I'm confident saying that I believe his care and services have helped to improve my overall health. The pain that I once experienced is no longer present. The need for any type of medication to assist with that pain isn't needed.
