Union 108 is absolutely amazing! The instructors and people you meet while attending really have warm and opening personalities! The space is gorgeous and the aroma of essential oils makes the experience feel so much better! I’ve been a member for 3 months now and I am still finding new classes that I love; I would highly recommend you check them out and try different classes! I used to always dislike Yoga, until I joined Union 108… truly an amazing environment and experience!

I can't say enough good things about this studio and the trainers. If you're looking for a way to incorporate some me time in your life, this is the place! They offer a variety of classes in fitness, yoga, pilates and dance fitness for different levels. Each trainer encourages you to focus on you and to get the best out of each class. Ro has done an amazing job at creating a sense of community through her studio. In addition to their classes, they have organized events such as away retreats, sound baths, special holiday events and more!
