Jo-Dee's team provided excellent customer service when I ordered a flower arrangement for a special young lady's 89th birthday. Unfortunately, she was hospitalized with gallstones, but Jo-Dee's team tried to deliver the flowers twice and assured me they would deliver fresh flowers once she returns home. 10/10
The flower arrangement I recieved today was beautiful! I was so excited to receive it, I practically scared your delivery person when I opened the door when it arrived.
