An exceptional experience every time. Beginning with reception, they are warm, welcoming and very professional. I’ve seen past reviews about reception being rude, but in the 4 years I’ve gone here I have never experienced them being rude. I came there with bleached long hair that was badly damaged. Ever since seeing Isabel at Hair By Nature, my hair has significantly improved and is long and very healthy (and still blonde). They are color experts and know how to lighten hair with minimal damage. I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a quality cut and color/highlights. They are all VERY courteous, professional, and you feel luxurious and pampered.
