Friendly, and polite staff. Yes, I'm partial because of my work alongside Glesgo in the past. They always worked fairly with me, weren't rude or rushing anything. I have nothing but pleasant interactions with their staff. I learned early in life. More can be gained with patience, understanding, and co-operation than yelling at anyone. Treating them well, treated me well.
