Lena Nails and Spa is a friendly and professional nail salon. Staff are gentle and listen to customer requests. The salon offers services such as gel nail removal and shellac polish. While the staff are described as great, the salon is not focused on a luxurious spa experience with extensive nail and cuticle prep. Some customers found the pricing to be a bit high for basic services.
Best pedicure I've ever had. Great service. First time customer. Mani/pedis before our trip. My husband is ticklish and they knew how to handle his pedicure without tickling him.
Amazing attention to detail.
Only complaint is that the place could do with more housekeeping. Very dirty
Vicki is AMAZING!! She is sweet!! I've been going there before covid and I've never been disappointed with my nails or pedicure!! I've given some challenging art work for my nails and Vicki has always impressed me every time!!
Absolutely love coming here! I’ve lived in amherstburg for 2 years now and have seen Kay the whole time! I love her!! She’s soo sweet, very talkative, remembers her clients and stories they’ve told, extremely talented, just an amazing person! She gets what’s you’re asking for, works hard, and pleasant to be around. I’ve never had any issues! No complaints at all!! Literally have only gotten my nails done by her!
