We have a 2000 Class-C RV that has low mileage and lots of life left. Our plumbing (plastic piping) was damaged from the previous owner and we found Nathan at JD's to help us upgrade to PEX. We live just over the border in Michigan and I must've called about 17-8 places with no luck. So many RV shops won't work on rigs older than 10 years, and many make you feel like you should be grateful they are even going to look at your rig...not Nathan! He was so polite, listened to our situation, and confidently said he could take care of it. We were told by other shops it could take over a month, so when Nathan called me after less than a week that the job was done I was shocked. Upon pick up he walked us through all the work, which was done very well. The fee for repairs was also fair, so for a small drive out of town it was so worth it. I will be bringing all my future work to them and wouldn't hesitating sending anyone I know to JD's for any RV repairs.
