Chris, the owner, did an amazing job with my lash extensions. She spent a lot of time explaining how to tell the difference between a certified cosmetologist and an uncertified one.

I have been coming to this salon for some time now and I am extremely disappointed with the recent stylist changes. I have received excellent service since I started, yet once my stylist left, I have been given the run around on any questions I asked about new people or the remaining long term stylist. I decided to give them one more try and the experience was not good and did not live up to past experiences. I was pretty much tossed out the door after my appointment and was not even asked if I wanted to book my next appointment like I usually am. My cut was also just so/so. Manager/Owner is incredibly rude and condescending to clients. Cancelled my appointment with no notice when my stylist was unavailable and did not even offer to refer me to another stylist, or an appointment on a different day. When a complaint was made, it was ignored. If this individual thinks that ignoring customers at best, and being rude, disrespectful and offensive is how to a run business, I imagine she won't be in business for much longer. Will never return, and will actively tell friends and family to avoid this salon.
