I have never worked with a broker before so I was hesitant. However, Katya was WONDERFUL. We looked at a house on a Saturday, met with her on a Tuesday and Wednesday we had our pre-approval! Not only was she quick (im very much an 'I want it done yesterday' kind of person lol), but she was incredibly responsive. There was a single loment we were left in the dark and any questions we had she answered within a timely manner! I would 100% work with her again! ? Thank you so much Katya!! ❤️
