All I can say is THANKYOU!!!!you fixed my issue from another stylist, and explained everything about my style to me. I now feel much lighter!! and I love the cut!! I can do way more with my style now!! Wash dry style go!!!!? I will most definitely be back, and will talk about colour!! Thank you so much for helping me, and fixing my hair!!!!

Requested style: I asked for a big change. Charlene took off about 12" and we lightened my hair considerably. I walked out a VERY happy customer. She really paid attention to what I was saying and totally delivered. If you are looking for a change, Charlene will work with you, your skin tone, your face shape and give you a smart look. Definitely returning!

Specialities: We discussed at length the change I wanted. Totally different cut, colour change. She listened carefully and gave me options. She also was clear about what she would charge and from there I decided. It was an excellent consultation.
